Thus, it is not only about the proper managerial team, but also about the criteria and thorough selection process of the trainers, the establishment of a well-developed and systematized training system.
Furthermore, a crucial part includes the way in which contact is created and upheld with various educational institutions, experts, and those who would be interested. We achieve this through direct contacts with primary and secondary school principals, publicity in media, participating in events regarding raising financial awareness, organising finlit themed events for educational experts. Schools and teachers familiarise themselves with our programme by being referred to by other educational institutions which have previously participated in our programme. Also in festivals and educational exhibitions are prefect occasions to introduce ourselves.
