The methodology finds its roots in experience-based learning: we consider it of outmost importance for student to enjoy what they are participating in, and to have joyful experiences while they are learning. This is mostly achieved by the incorporation of playful exercises into the lessons, to make the material more interesting and the learning process more inclusive.
The methodology furthermore makes the incorporation of 21st century skills and competencies easier, which are essential for any student to acquire, and which ultimately seeks to inspire: to encourage students to engage in their own learning and develop their skills crucial for their everyday life. This is supported by experiential and game based pedagogy, with edutainment, flow-theory and Montessori-approach. Our Foundation developed its own learning games and tool to support the knowledge transfer. The unique teaching methodology is suitable to teach effectively other topics than financial literacy like career orientation and self-awareness development, environment protection, integration program for foreigners, and so on.
